Cloud Nine Property LLC (C9P) is a real estate investment company focused on acquiring, renovating and selling properties in the Tri-State area, primarily in NJ, NY and CT. It was founded in early 2017 by two best friends and business partners, Andrew Abril and Susan Lee. C

Susan combines her experiences as a financial analyst and consultant for Fortune 500 banks, and as a licensed NJ real estate agent, to identify the best investments and to connect with business partners across the industry. Andrew has spent the last several years as a programming engineer who builds applications for an established asset management firm in New York City. He leverages his technical knowledge to build analytical tools for C9P, ensuring maximized returns and minimized risk.
